The "Standard" is the lightest All Weather Cover. This
waterproof ripstop nylon unit contains the pockets for the heat
packets and is typically used in light rain, snow, dust, and cold
weather down to about 10°F
The "Polar" is used in conjunction with the Standard All
Weather Cover. This unit has three layers, a Cordura outer
shell, a nylon inner shell and an insulation layer of Thinsulate.
The Polar has been tested to about -30°F
The Polar All Weather Cover shown here open and ready to
shoot. Notice the inner Standard All Weather Cover that
contains and positions the heat packets. After shooting just
zip up the cord lock to keep in the warmth.
